注塑车间在注塑加热过程中产生有机废气,其主要成分为粉尘颗粒物、非甲烷总烃类等有害物质。该废气有刺激性气味、略含毒性,对人体健康有较大的危害。无组织排放的苯乙烯、甲苯、有机废气等会对环境造成严重污染,对人体健康也会造成很大损害,所以塑料厂生产线废气不得不慎重处理。目前活性碳吸附是迄今为止废气净化处理技术广泛的应用选择,其原理是利用活性炭的吸附性和活性炭纤维的多孔结构,去吸附捕捉VOC有机废气。
