  随着烟尘净化器的连续工作,电晕极和收尘极上会有粉尘颗粒沉积,粉尘层厚度为几毫米,粉生颗粒沉积在电晕极上会影响电晕电流的大小和均匀性。收集尘极板上粉尘层较厚时会导致火花电压降低,电晕电流减小。为了保持静电除尘器连续运行,应及时沉积的粉尘。收尘极清灰方法有湿式、干式和声波三种方法。湿式静电除尘器中,收尘极板表面经常保持层水膜,粉尘沉降在水膜上随水膜流下。湿法清灰的优点是无二次扬尘,同时可净化部分有害气体;缺点是腐蚀结垢问题较严重,污水需要处理。干式静电除尘器由机械撞击或电磁振打产生的振动力清灰。千式振打清灰需要适合的振打强度。声波清灰对电晕极和收尘极都较好,但能耗较大的声波清灰机,理论硏究落后于应用实践。

Acoustic cleaning is better for corona electrode and dust collector, but the theoretical research of acoustic cleaning machine with large energy consumption lags behind the application practice.
