随着烟尘净化器的连续工作，电晕极和收尘极上会有粉尘颗粒沉积，粉尘层厚度为几毫米，粉生颗粒沉积在电晕极上会影响电晕电流的大小和均匀性。收集尘极板上粉尘层较厚时会导致火花电压降低，电晕电流减小。为了保持静电除尘器连续运行，应及时沉积的粉尘。收尘极清灰方法有湿式、干式和声波三种方法。湿式静电除尘器中，收尘极板表面经常保持层水膜，粉尘沉降在水膜上随水膜流下。湿法清灰的优点是无二次扬尘，同时可净化部分有害气体;缺点是腐蚀结垢问题较严重，污水需要处理。干式静电除尘器由机械撞击或电磁振打产生的振动力清灰。千式振打清灰需要适合的振打强度。声波清灰对电晕极和收尘极都较好，但能耗较大的声波清灰机，理论硏究落后于应用实践。

The deposition of powdery particles on the corona electrode will affect the size and uniformity of the corona current. When the dust layer on the collecting plate is thick, the spark voltage and corona current will decrease. In order to keep the electrostatic precipitator running continuously, the deposited dust should be removed in time. There are wet, dry and sonic cleaning methods for dust collector. In the wet electrostatic precipitator, there is always a water film on the surface of the collecting plate, and the dust settles on the water film and flows down with the water film. Wet ash cleaning has the advantages of no secondary dust, and can purify some harmful gases; the disadvantage is that the problem of corrosion and scaling is serious, and the sewage needs to be treated. Dry electrostatic precipitator is cleaned by vibration force produced by mechanical impact or electromagnetic vibration. The suitable rapping strength is needed for the cleaning of dust by thousand type rapping. Acoustic cleaning is better for corona electrode and dust collector, but the theoretical research of acoustic cleaning machine with large energy consumption lags behind the application practice.

　　粉尘落入烟尘净化器灰斗后，要靠输排灰装置把粉尘从灰斗中排出来。为使粉尘顺利排出，必须在灰斗上装振打电机和卸灰阀门。用振打电机松动粉尘，用卸灰阀排出粉尘并配套输灰装置运走。
