(1)几乎可以处理所有有机废气,特别适用于有机物含量低的碳氢化合物的焚化;与传统的催化燃烧、直燃式热氧化技术相比,处理大风量、中低浓度的工业有机废气效果显著,且具有净化效率高(高达99%以上)、热效率高(可达95%以上)、运行成本低等特点;

(2)可适应废气中有机物组成和浓度的变化波动,对废气中含有少量粉尘等固体颗粒物不敏感,且VOCs浓度达到1500mg/m3以上时,无需添加助燃燃料也可实现自持燃烧;

(4)炉内温度整体逐渐升高且分布均匀,燃烧温度高、速度快、噪声低,烟气在炉内高温停留时间长,有效减少NOx的产生;

(5)整个处理装置的压力损失较小(一般<3000Pa),有机沉积物可周期性地清除,蓄热体可更换,装置使用寿命长。
