于工业废气来说,影响其吸附的因素有很多,主要有吸附剂、吸附质的浓度、操作条件和吸附质的性质等。

(一)吸附剂对工业废气吸附的影响:我们在衡量吸附剂的吸附能力时有一个概念是有效表面积,有效表面积是指吸附质分子能够进入的表面积,随着吸附剂表面积的增加,被吸附气体的总量也会随着增加。吸附剂的孔径及颗粒度、孔隙率等都影响着比表面积的大小。

(二)吸附质的浓度对工业废气的影响:吸附质在气箱中浓度越大吸附量也就会越大,但同时吸附质的浓度大又会使得吸附剂很快就会发生饱和,从而对于再生也很频繁,所以吸附法不适合用来净化污染物浓度高的气体。

But at the same time, the higher the concentration of adsorbent will make the adsorbent saturate quickly, so the regeneration is also very frequent. (三)操作条件对工业废气吸附的影响:操作条件主要是指压力及气体的流速、温度等,物理吸附在低温条件下会对吸附有利,而在化学吸附的过程中,需要提高温度才能对其有利。从理论上来说,增加压力对于吸附是有力的,但是压力过高会增加能耗且在操作的方面还有更高的要求,所以在实际的工作中通常不提倡这种方法。
